Dairy-free homemade chocolate

Very easy to make and also made without sucrose. I order cocoa paste and cocoa butter off Amazon and use raw honey. Great for homemade Easter eggs.

200 grams cocoa paste
100 grams cocoa butter
4 tablespoons honey
6 tablespoons coconut cream

  1. Melt cocoa paste, cocoa butter and honey over boiling water
  2. Stir in coconut cream and mix until smooth
  3. Pour into chocolate molds and leave to set or place in the fridge to speed up the process
  4. Store in fridge
