Choc chip slices

Choc Chip Slices

This is a buttery rich choc chip slice that is an alternative to choc chip cookies. They are easy to make and so easy to eat, the only problem is when to stop! There is not too much sugar unlike many other choc chip cookies therefore I like to use a combination of milk chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips as the milk chocolate chips provide a little more sweetness. If you want a sweeter slice I would recommend using all milk chocolate chips however I like the intensity of the dark chocolate.
